What time does the event start?  Networking/Registration is from 7:45am to 8:30am and the event starts at 8:45am on Wednesday, November 16th, 2016.

What time does the event end?  In order to cover everything we plan to share with you we will end around 5:30pm.  **Note, time is subject to change.

What is the dress code?  Business casual.

Will there be a lunch break?  Yes.  There is a restaurant connected to the hotel, multiple eating options within walking distance, and several restaurants within a 3-minute drive.

Will I have to pay for parking?  No.  Parking is 100% free.  There is plenty of complimentary parking all around the hotel, including a 2-level garage accessible from the left side of the hotel.

Can I record the event?  No, unfortunately you can’t.

I can’t come to the event.  Can I cancel/refund?  A full refund is available within 72 hours from the date of purchase.  Charges are non-refundable thereafter.

In order to secure your seats and the hotel ballroom Boss Marketer, Inc. had to commit to a deposit with the hotel.  Therefore we cannot accept any refunds or cancellations.

If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may transfer your ticket to another person, transfer your ticket to a future event, or transfer your credit to any other product.  Email our Client Support at support@bossmarketer.com at least 10 days prior to the event to transfer your enrollment.  A $75 transfer fee may apply.  Transferred and complimentary tickets are not eligible.

Your ticket is open-ended; meaning if you are unable to attend and do not wish to transfer your ticket to another person or transfer your credit to another product, you may transfer your ticket to a future event until you do attend with no expiration.  A $75 transfer fee may apply.  Transferred and complimentary tickets are not eligible.  Contact our Client Support Department at support@bossmarketer.com at least 10 days prior to the event to do so.

ONLINE PRODUCTS:

Can I get a refund?

A full refund is available within 72 hours from the date of purchase by calling 877-311-4484.  You have 72 hours from the date of purchase to review the product and receive a full refund.  Charges are non-refundable thereafter.  In the case of a payment default on an installment plan, access to the product will be denied until the balance owed is paid in full.  No refunds will be made at this point,  no exceptions.  Transferred enrollments from live events are not eligible for refunds.
